As an experienced leader within the People Management profession, you’ll know the value you can add to the Group as a whole - right up to Board level. We believe this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the ambition and track record to further shape our culture, strategically develop our talent and align our People Management practices in a way that is supportive of a forward thinking social enterprise.

This is not an operational role, although you will have had a strong grounding in all aspects of People Management enabling you to set professional standards and cultural norms within which your team supports business leaders. In essence this will be a risked assessed approach to People Management, connecting the strategic, commercial and business dimensions of People Management to the delivery of service excellence, across the Group.
