Contracts Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a procurement and contracts professional to join this unique not for profit organisation in London.
Working as part of a small team and with a focus on capital and construction procurement projects, your role will be to lead on procurement and contract management activity for capital, building and construction works and manage the execution and amendment of contracts where required.
Reporting into the Head of Procurement you will support and develop procurement strategies whilst ensuring contracts are awarded and executed in line with agreed terms. You will also renew and maintain supplier lists and frameworks and ensure value for money is delivered.
Due to the nature of the procurement projects you will need to have experience of NEC4 and JCT contract types as well as have experience in procuring within the capital or construction category.
The role requires some presence in the London office each week and will pay £45,000.
