Deputy Chief People Officer
My client, a London NHS Trust is looking for an Interim Deputy Chief People Offer to join the People and OD function during a time of change and transformation.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer this role will support the development and management of a comprehensive workforce service to the Trust, providing leadership for the People and Culture Plan, business plan, Care Quality Commission standards and other workforce related governance and compliance requirements. The post holder will also lead initiatives to develop high levels of workforce engagement and performance to support delivery of the Trust’s strategic and performance goals and its improvement priorities.
You will have a wide-ranging and extensive portfolio including strategy and policy and major change programmes. With the Chief People Officer, you will ensure that the people directorate’s structure and functions – and the capacity and capability of people that work in the directorate – are of the highest standard.
In addition you will work closely with the Deputy Director for Learning & Organisational Development, the post holder proactively facilitates the effective development and implementation of the Trust-wide OD initiatives, culture change and transformation
