HR Business Partner
My Local Government client, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established HR & OD function and support the programme management of a large change project in the Communities Directorate.
This is initially offered for 6 months and with excellent hybird working arrangements.
This role covers the full generalist remit, with the focus around departmental structural changes, oversight of the change and planning etc (with metrics and outcomes) and supporting and guiding managers. This role will also support some aspect of employee relations and candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across this remit.
