HR Business Partner

We are now actively recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner to work for our fantastic independent charity client who are a leading specialist in the care of older people.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will join a high performing HR team, acting as one of two HR Business Partners that provides expert HR advice and guidance to managers and team members across the organisation. This particular role will be based on-site at their newly opened facility in North London where you’ll support and coach a new team of senior leadership and management colleagues in dealing with complex casework, performance management, attendance, and employee relations issues. Please note, this role will require an on-site presence throughout the working week.

Along with the wider HR team, this role will be central in ensuring that employee lifecycle processes run smoothly and supporting the delivery of key Human Resources initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. As HR Business Partner you will support strategic workforce planning, ensuring the development of key talent and assisting internal communications on change management area such as restructures, redundancies and retirements. You will also be instrumental in supporting the implementation of a new People strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Dignity, Integrity and Teamwork.
