HR Project Manager
My client, a leading London University is now seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join them ASAP for a fixed term period of 18 months. Please note; this role offers hybrid and flexible working with regular weekly visibility required in central London locations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with strong project management experience to play a key role working on a suite of organisational-wide and local transformation projects. As HR Project Manager, working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead and deliver all people elements of your assigned projects, with a particular focus on managing restructures, including writing consultation documents, liaising with unions and supporting managers throughout the change process at a hands-on HR level.
In this role, the HR Project Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering the people work stream for different areas of the business and will include change programmes, organisational design and development, reward and recognition work and influencing culture change.
Blending both knowledge of HR process and best practice, you should have knowledge and experience of change management, cultural change, people related project management, restructuring and organisational design and development. CIPD qualification (MCIPD) or equivalent experience is equally important.
To be considered you will already be an HR Generalist with strong project management experience gained in a comparable organisation and demonstrate proven experience of managing restructures and transformational change projects that focus on organisational design, capability and engagement. You will have proven experience of delivering projects effectively, efficiently and within budget. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, maintaining presence, credibility and authority to drive forward the delivery of the project.
