Working within a growing HR Team and reporting directly to the Head of People, this HR Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Generalist HR professional to join the team that provides comprehensive operational Human Resources advice and guidance to managers and employees within the organisation.

My client is seeking an experienced HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified and with previous management and operational experience in Human Resources, preferably gained in a healthcare or social care setting. With an up to date knowledge of employment law and in depth experience of managing complex employee relations issues, including grievance, discipline, capability and absence management, you should also be comfortable supporting change management and enjoy leading on a range on a HR projects. Importantly, you’ll be a flexible team player who is willing to share your knowledge and help develop less experienced members of the HR Team and be a good communicator with excellent influencing skills and be used to working with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Knowledge and experience of using HR information systems, ideally CIPHR, would be advantageous.

Please note: This role offer hybrid flexible working with typically 3 days per week at the office and 2 days from home/flexibly.
