Interim HR Operations Manager
We are recruiting for an Interim HR Operations Manager for a brilliant charity based in South East London. We offer hybrid working of 1 day a week in our offices. This is a 12 month contract and we are looking for someone to start ideally ASAP.
As Interim HR Operations Manager, you will lead the HR Operations team to deliver a professional, flexible and efficient service throughout the employee journey, and work closely with the HR Business Partner, Head of HR and other members of the team to ensure delivery on the objectives of our organisation’s People Strategy.
You will have responsibility for all of our operational areas of HR, and the design and management of our key people processes, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organisation and are accessible and clear for people to use. This post is key in driving continuous improvement and making sure that our service and processes are robust and that we stay up to date with changing legal requirements. This role also has a key responsibility to ensure we have a best practice approach to diversity, equity and inclusion to ensure we promote a positive workforce experience and drive a culture of inclusion and belonging
