Interim Procurement Officer
I have a number of remote interim procurement roles working for a large and expanding public sector client. Working across a range of spend areas, the interim procurement officers will be responsible for running full procurement exercises, including managing tender activity, creating tender documents, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring that procurement’s are run in line with public sector procurement regulations as well as organisational guidelines.
These roles will initially be for a period of 3 months and they will be mostly home-based, with the potential for the odd day in the office if required for meetings etc..
The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage their own workload and deliver end to end procurement projects, including tendering, bid evaluation, specification writing and stakeholder management. Experience of public sector procurement is also essential.
