Organisational Development Advisor

Our client, a leading charity that provides critical support to some of the most vulnerable women and children in our society, now has a fantastic opportunity for an Organisational Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note this is a full-time permanent role offering a high degree of hybrid flexible working arrangements, with regular attendance required at the central London office.

As Organisational Development Advisor in this newly created role, you’ll report directly to the Head of OD and Development and provide high quality services to support the smooth implementation of organisational development activities. Key responsibilities of this role will include contributing to the implementation of a wellbeing strategy, development of employee engagement activities and continuous improvement of the performance management framework. The role will also support delivery of learning and development activities. To be considered you will require:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a similar OD/HR role including experience of delivery in at least one of employee wellbeing, performance management systems, employee engagement or internal communications
  • Demonstrable experience of applying HR good practice within a HR project environment
  • Experience of using HR technology applications and systems in an HR function
  • Associate CIPD membership or equivalent experience with evidence of continuous development
