Part time HR Manager (
The Garwood Foundation is a charity based in South London that promotes the care, welfare, interest, treatment and advancement of education of adults and children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. We run a range a range of high quality services including a school, residential home, day centre and several retail outlets.
We are now looking for an experienced part time Human Resources Manager, who will provide comprehensive guidance and support to all areas of the charity and will play a key role in developing organisational culture and supporting organisational-wide initiatives. Working as part of the senior management team, you will provide input and support into the organisational and functional plans, which will enable the charity to meet its vision, mission and objectives.
HR plays a critical role in both organisational and people performance. From a strategic perspective, you would be responsible for helping to create a great and successful place to work, which attracts, develops, motivates, engages and retains a diverse workforce. From an operational perspective, you will provide guidance and support across Recruitment and Selection, Pay and Benefits, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Absence and Employee Relations.
