We are delighted to be recruiting for Peabody, a well-established housing organisation going through exciting change. They now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Please note; this role offers hybrid and flexible working with regular weekly visibility required in central London.

As HR Partner you will support the Strategic HR Partner to deliver a high level of ‘People’ business support, including building strategic leadership capabilities, assessing effectiveness within your designated business area and operationally supporting the delivery and embedding of change.

As HR Partner your key focuses will be to:

  • Work closely to support the Strategic Partner in delivering Local People Plans
  • Provide support through partnership and coaching at a senior manager level
  • Operationally deliver and support Managing Change processes (incl. TUPE)
  • Support the implementation of specific local transformation projects
  • Understand the business model at depth and the strategic drivers for the business
  • Support the embedding of the strategic partnering function within your business area
  • Champion internal partnering and partner with the wider People Team
  • Utilise an evidence-based approach to support business cases and decision-making through sourcing and manipulating data to generate information and insight

To be considered you will be an experienced HR Partner with proven experience of working within a similar role within a People and Culture environment, gained in a large and complex organisation. Ideally MCIPD qualified, or working towards this, and with degree or equivalent level experience, you will demonstrate sound technical and professional knowledge and be up to date and knowledgeable in terms of contemporary People and Culture practice. You will also demonstrate the confidence and knowledge to support and deliver change projects and TUPE transfers and to engage and challenge senior managers. You will also bring a mind-set of continuous improvement and self-motivation and a collegiate and positive approach.
