Project Finance Business Partner NHS Trust Bristol
£50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
This new and exciting role will be responsible for leading on Trustwide financial management projects to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial management function.
Support will be provided by the Finance Manager for Projects and Transformation but in this role you will be expected to provide expert accounting, NHS and business knowledge, analytical support and clear presentation of financial and business information to clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
As a Project Finance Business Partner you will also develop robust relationships with Trust senior management staff and Finance staff to enable the implementation and embedding of Finance projects and be expected to challenge Finance and Divisional staff constructively and positively when scoping and implementing projects.
This role sits within the Trusts Financial Management team managed by the Head of Management Accounts. It also will have a dotted line to the Assistant Director of Finance for Financial Management and will report regularly on the progress of projects.
The postholder must have a recognised CCAB or equivalent qualification and be fully committed to Continuous Professional Development.
NHS Experience would be highly desirable at a senior level as is the ability to juggle numerous workstreams and work independently.
