Shared Care Record Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to work on our Shared Care Record programme.

The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment of the Shared Care Record across an ICS.

This role will work specifically on the Shared Care record Programme and duties will include:-

* Producing project documentation

* Data analysis

* Stakeholder engagement

* Increasing utilisation

* Post implementation reviews

* Liaison with suppliers and providers

* On-boarding of additional organisations

* Training

* Risk and Issue management

* Development of safety case documentation and periodic review and refresh of the documents

It is paramount that you have NHS experience, please do not apply if not.
