Strategic HR Business Partner
We are delighted to be working with a large East London based organisation to bring in 2 experienced Strategic Business Partners to support with change
You will be coming in on a 6 month contract to undertake some urgent and transformational work. As part of organisational change, this will require your engagement with those impacted and other key stakeholders in the design process so excellent communication skills in these situations is really important.
We are looking for HR Business Partners who feel comfortable running focus group/workshop type sessions who is also confident in design of services. We are looking for someone who can operate at a strategic level, but also understands the nuts and bolts of consultation.
This role is in the public sector so it would be a huge advantage if you come from either an NHS, Local Government or Higher Education background.
This is a 6 months fixed term contract and offers hybrid working
