Corporate Social Responsibility

As part of our mission to provide high-quality, responsible recruitment solutions to the public and not-for-profit sectors, we’re firmly committed to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Over the years our staff have supported charities and organisations which improve lives, strengthen communities and create opportunities for people to flourish. We do this through fundraising activities, volunteering and by holding Trustee and Non-Executive positions within charities.

This year, we’ve partnered with three vital organisations:

Special Boat Service Association (SBSA)

Special Boat Service Association (SBSA)

The SBSA aims to maintain contact between serving and former members of the Special Boat Service and assist past and present members of the Special Boat Service, their families and dependants through provision of facilities, services and financial assistance.

Morgan Law staff have been helping outgoing service personnel from the Special Boat Service (SBS) make the transition into civilian life and new careers. We’ve run workshops on how to apply their leadership and other transferrable skills, apply for jobs, write CVs and prepare for interviews.

We’re committed to providing ongoing advice and support to SBS service personnel who are leaving the forces and trying to get careers in other areas.

LumoHawk

LumoHawk

The LumoHawk Foundation is a non-profit charity organisation which supports the educational and sporting needs of previously disadvantaged children and their communities in South Africa. Through its work, the Foundation aspires to give opportunity and hope to the leaders of tomorrow.

To date we’ve raised £4,000 to support LumoHawk’s crucial work supporting vulnerable children and disadvantaged families in impoverished communities.

East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services provides outreach and associated services to anyone affected by domestic abuse and violence in the borough of Reigate & Banstead, and the districts of Mole Valley and Tandridge.

One of our directors is a regular volunteer for East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services, providing freedom training courses on a weekly basis for anyone affected by domestic abuse. Our staff have also run dress-down days and held raffles at candidate events to fundraise for the independent charity.
