Bradley Kleyn

Director

Bradley started his career in recruitment in 2006 and joined Morgan Law in January 2008. Bradley worked for a national public sector consultancy with responsibility for recruiting into specialist areas including procurement and project management, policy and strategy, and marketing and communications. On joining Morgan Law he assisted in setting up the Procurement & Estates and Health Management divisions and has developed strong client and candidate relationships across the public sector.

Having recruited into the Public Sector throughout his career, Bradley has a wealth of knowledge and experience of these sectors, especially as an expert in the NHS. Having recruited during a number of structural changes in the NHS over the years, Bradley is able to adapt and continue to support the NHS with key staffing hires in challenging times. The NHS is at a critical time post COVID in terms of funding, restructuring into ICS systems and a shortage of staff in key areas, and Bradley and Morgan Law are supporting the recruitment of these challenging assignments, covering all non-clinical roles across the UK.
