David’s job title may say ‘Finance Director’ but his role at Morgan Law includes Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Property. Through a combination of carefully crafted processes and technology he continually strives to provide a first-class service to internal customers, clients and contractors.

David’s has been in the recruitment sector for 25 years having previously been FD of Hays’ global recruitment activities and more recently Practicus. In both these businesses he was part of the management teams that delivered exceptional growth by entering new sectors and geographies, attracting and developing talented people and targeted acquisitions. We were pleased when he joined us here at Morgan Law in 2020.
