David is a founding partner of Morgan Law. Actively involved in the operational aspects of the business, he is also responsible for formulating growth strategy and business development. He brings over 20 years of professional experience in specialist recruitment to bear, ensuring that Morgan Law’s expert teams continually deliver excellent recruitment experiences for both clients and candidates in the public and not-for-profit sectors.

After managing divisions for two multinational recruitment firms, David created Morgan Law to provide companies and organisations with higher-quality professional recruitment solutions, based on sustainable partnerships. The brand would be built on a reputation for delivering results, honesty, a commitment to quality, and developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Focusing on advertised search and selection for clients in London and the South East, David has been involved in many major national campaigns for clients, including leading multiple vacancy campaigns, assisting with restructures, and providing advice on staff, job descriptions, salaries and reporting lines.
