Gareth Elwin

Chief Executive

Gareth is our Chief Executive and leads our team of exceptional Public and Not for Profit sector recruitment specialists.  He is a member of our Board and works closely with the business owners on the business strategy and direction, Framework and HMRC compliance matters, and day to day management issues within the business.

Gareth recently studied for an MBA Essential qualification with the London School of Economics and holds a 2:1 degree from the University of Teesside.

Since joining Morgan Law in 2004 Gareth has set up and established several of our business areas including HR, Procurement & Estates and Health Management.  Our Directors have on average 16 years experience with Morgan Law, our Associate Directors 8+ years and our Business Managers have 5+ years experience within recruitment.
