Hayley has over 20 years recruitment experience with the first 10 years as a consultant in the Education and Social Care sectors. She then moved inhouse and for the last 10 years has worked as a Head of Recruitment at 3 different NHS Trusts and most recently within Local Government. During this time she has gained invaluable experience and understanding of public sector organisations, in particular the priorities and responsibilities of large HR functions. This first hand experience of working in the public sector gives her a great insight into the challenges the HR teams face and what skills are needed to support them.

Having been both a client and candidate of Morgan Law, Hayley joined their Public Sector HR division where she can use her inhouse knowledge and experience to fully support her NHS and Local Government clients to source the best HR candidates on the market
