James leads our Executive Recruitment, focusing on permanent, senior management posts.

James worked for two County Councils before embarking on his career in recruitment. He has specialised in senior permanent appointments within the public and non-profit sector for over 20 years, of which 18 have been with Morgan Law.

James has recruited most of the posts you would find on a typical senior leadership team in this sector, including Trustees, NEDs, Chief Executives, and Directors of Operations, Services, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Fundraising, Policy, Business Development, Governance.

James has a very strong track record of delivery, with a successful completion rate of 97% based on the last 200 campaigns he has managed for clients.
