Olivia joined Morgan Law in 2022 as the Director for Central Government specialising in IT, Project Management & Change, and Finance appointments. Olivia has extensive experience recruiting senior professionals across the public sector on both an interim and permanent basis. Having experience of recruiting across the public sector, Olivia’s approach is to work collaboratively with clients and candidates to provide the best market knowledge and insights while attracting the best talent for organisations.

Olivia started her recruitment career within the Social Work market and moved onto appointing Senior Interims into Local Government, Housing, and the Health sector. Before joining Morgan Law, Olivia was the Head of Practice for Public Sector Recruitment where she managed two divisions, an Interim and Executive search practice recruiting into the Local Government space and a Qualified Social Work division.
