After graduating from Kings College, London, Rebecca started her consultancy career recruiting for international companies in Paris, across both the public and private sectors. Returning to the UK in 2001, she joined a large multinational recruitment company to help establish their public sector and not-for-profit HR interim business.

Within 3 years, she had built the business to be the most successful area of the HR team and in light of this was then headhunted to join Morgan Law in 2005. Morgan Law was in the process of setting up a fledgling HR recruitment desk at the time. She has been instrumental in building the business on both the interim and permanent sides.

Now with nearly 20 years experience specialising in non-profit HR recruitment across London and the South East, she has built a unparalleled network of HR professionals across this sector and has placed many candidates multiple times as they have grown professionally throughout their career.  Focussing on honesty, a candid approach and building long term relationships, Rebecca has had a natural affinity with the temperament of HR professionals over the years and has always found new career interest in learning more about client organisations and their ever changing resourcing challenges. She also particularly thrives on building trust with those she works with,  helping new candidates become clients and vice versa.
