Sian is a highly experienced recruitment professional who has been supporting the sector since 2008.  Sian places qualified finance professionals into Charity and Not-for-Profit organisations often on a retained basis.  Having worked in the industry for over 17 years Sian ensures that quality, rigor and inclusivity sit front and centre of her recruitment processes.  Sian is driven by knowing that the work she does will impact the causes she recruits for.

Sian’s approach is to build long term relationships that span many years.  This is underpinned by her innate desire to want to help people, going above and beyond to support people to reach their full potential.   Sian is committed to delivering a best-in-class service that exceeds expectations.

Sian is committed to the sector both in her work and personal life.  As an active volunteer for Sian’s local hospice, she supports elders through the Compassionate Neighbour scheme that aims to minimise isolation and loneliness.  Sian also holds employability workshops for Year 11 and 12 students of a local secondary school to help the young people prepare for the working world.
