Dear Applicant

Thank you for expressing an interest in joining the RMBI as a core member of my Human Resources team.

The RMBI has been caring for older Freemasons and their dependants in England and Wales for over 170 years. Our primary task is the provision of residential care for over 1,000 elderly people with an average age of just under 90 years old. In the majority of our Homes we also provide nursing and specialised dementia care. To deliver this person centred care environment at an excellent level, we employ nearly 1,400 members of staff and they are arguably our most critical resource. First class recruitment, induction, administration and training are essential if they are to be fully effective in their job.

I am looking for a new HR Business Partner to support our Homes in the Southern Region. In addition to all the normal HR responsibilities set out in the job description, you will be part of a team that is developing, delivering and embedding a number of HR strategies into our Homes and Head Office.

The RMBI has changed significantly in the last five years, largely driven by new legislation in the care sector. Further exciting challenges lie ahead and I am looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to play a full part in both current service delivery and our future evolution.

Are you that person?

Yours sincerely,
Louise Bateman
Director of Human Resources
