These are exciting times. We have just appointed our new Director, Helen Browning, who is committed to broadening our influence and appeal. As our Director of Development, you will report to Helen and lead a team bringing together our fundraising and membership activities. We have some excellent resources in place, including a committed membership, influential patrons, and significant relationships with the corporate sector through our organic certification subsidiary.

To succeed, you will need a broad background in fundraising, first class management skills, and the tenacity and rigour to plan, execute and deliver effectively. You will be expected to play a strategic role as a member of the senior management team, and have a high profile externally with a wide range of stakeholders and high level donors. In return, we offer you the opportunity to champion practical approaches to the pressing issues of climate change, food security, health and nutrition within a charity where you have the opportunity for real impact at a time of change.
