Interim Head of Employee Relations.
My client, a large NHS trust, based in London, is urgently seeking an Interim Head of Employee Relations. Reporting into the Deputy People Director you will be responsible for all Employee Relations matters across the hospital. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in the NHS and must be available to start at short notice. The Trust offers flexible and home working. The initial contract is for 3 months with the option to apply for the permanent position.
