We are working with Asthma UK and the British Lung Foundation to recruit a strong Infrastructure Manager to ensure the day to day operational functions of the IT department remain aligned to the Charities business objectives.

This is a new role for the organisation and is a blend of infrastructure support & service delivery wrapped in a business partnering framework. You will have responsibility for developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, so that it remains responsive and flexible, able to adjust to future needs and project requirements. You will also be responsible for the daily support requirements of staff, working with their MSP and other partners to provide an effective and timely service.

Their environment is reasonably complex with Azure and hosted data centre environments, full O365 deployment, multiple website environments, Mitel VOIP phone and conferencing systems. There are also several large projects taking place which this role will have input into namely: a MS Dynamics deployment, Merging websites onto one CMS, Hybrid Mail, purchase to pay and of course support all of their staff in a remote working capacity.

You will have strong Microsoft skills, a passion for support, excellent all-round IT skills (both Support and Infrastructure) and ideally some experience delivering services for a 3rd sector organisation. You will be organised, a strong communicator and a team player.

This role provides a great opportunity to develop your IT management and business partnering skillset, whilst helping the Partnership deliver support and services to our beneficiaries.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits including cycle-to-work scheme, interest-free annual season Travelcard loan, 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension scheme and much more.

This role is currently remote but you may be expected to go into the London office on occasion.
