Interim HR Business Partner

We are now looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity leave. Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering and joining a small, friendly and supportive team, you will provide credible advice and support to key stakeholders on a range of HR matters, particularly focusing on Employee Relations casework.
Ideally you will have worked in the education sector or similar, with knowledge of employment contracts and in depth experience of a range of ER matters including dismissals, appeals, TUPE, restructuring and working within a unionised environment.
