Interim Organisational Development Partner
We are urgently looking for an interim OD specialist to join a fast growing OD team, working for a prestigious education organisation. Initially for 6 months, this role will work closely with the Head of OD and a team of Partners, and have responsibility for a range of initiatives focused on change, across culture and behaviour of the organisation.
You will research, advise on and develop approaches to support that culture and behaviour change, and will advise senior stakeholders across the organisation, so we need a credible and experienced OD practitioner in this role.
This role will be an excellent opportunity to really develop existing OD skills, with so much to do around culture analysis, people engagement, facilitation of workgroups and strategic input to a broader OD plan.
