Interim Senior HR Business Partner
We are looking for an interim Senior HR Business Partner, to work for a high profile central government start up.
This role is to join the team to lead on partnering and engaging with the senior and line management, ensuring comprehensive Employee Relations, staff engagement and internal communications support to the laboratory management. The role will have a customer-centric focus and will contribute to the development of the HR/People plan and share deputising for some aspects of the HR Director’s role in their absence. You will also have day to day management of a small team
We are keen to find someone who has the energy and commitment required in a ‘start up’ type environment. You should be able to clarify strategies and plans, communicate purpose and direction with clarity and enthusiasm and confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment to goals. Also you will be able to work as an effective team player, managing team dynamics when working across functional and other boundaries.
