Interim HR Business Partner – London – Remote
My client, a London based Local Authority looking to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner for approximately 3 months to provide support and advice through a period of change and transition.
This position is offered on a remote working basis and covers the broad generalist HRBP remit but with more of an OD rather than an ER focus.
Your remit will be to work with Line Managers across the Council to establish new ways of working and reaching out to employees to establish how to make hybrid working work for both employees and the council in order to deliver services required.
Candidates will ideally have experience of delivering similar projects in a large public sector organisation.
