Interim HR Programme Lead/Shared Services– 12 Months Fixed Term Contract – Hybrid Working
My Public Sector client, is looking for a Senior HR Professional with experience of setting up shared services for a period of 12 months whilst the organisation goes the a period of change and transformation.
This is one of a number high profile roles, reporting to the HR Director.
As part of the HR senior leadership team, this role will project manage the set-up, establishment, delivery and strategic direction of an in house HR consultancy service together with shared services.
This role will offer hybrid working but candidates must be able to over night stay for 2/3 days a week as the role is working for a crown dependency.
