Interim Assistant HR Business Partner
We are looking for an interim Assistant HR Business Partner to work with our commercially focused non-profit organisation for 6 months. You will be responsible for providing professional and consistent generalist HR advice and support to deliver appropriate solutions to defined areas of the business and across the organisation as required.
You will lead on the management of Employee Relations casework and provide guidance to the HR Advisor with lower level case management when needed.
This role will also support organisational changes and provide advice and guidance on the development of organisational structures.
To coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on HR issues which ensure local business needs are met.
