How the MPS operates has changed significantly in recent years, achieving a step change in effectiveness, efficiency and confidence. But the scale of ambition for the future is even greater and is reliant on how the Met supports and grows the capability of its people. This is why we are now seeking an outstanding individual to join the Met in the role of Leadership Strategy & Delivery Manager
