IT Services Manager
My client, a renowned Membership body are embarking on a number of IT-related projects that will require on-boarding and integrating to the existing solutions suite. This key new role will manage day-to-day IT operations, managing relationships with 3rd-parties and the internal DevOps function.
You will be responsible for directing and managing the web development team, comprising two full-time employees, plus manage cost control with key suppliers and some project budgets
You will act as key liaison between the organisation and (internal & external) support services for day-to-day operational activities, this role will help define and take responsibility for the delivery of technology solutions, coordinating with core service providers to ensure continuity of service. The role will be expected to ensure hosting, support and licencing costs and responsibilities are optimised across primary 3rd party suppliers and its internal support resources. You will work closely with the application support team, ensuring projects are effectively supported. Working with the existing internal development resource, this role will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing effective processes & procedure supporting the delivery of new developments and solutions. Defining effective test and deployment plans will be key to the success of this role.

• MS Dynamics
• ITIL 4
• Microsoft licencing
The role will be expected to manage multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery.
• Experience of successfully managing a DevOps operation
• In-depth experience of Structured Project Management
• Demonstrable experience of implementing and working with Agile Development, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, Microsoft365, Moodle, SQL Server, Azure and AWS and ITIL Service Management
• Excellent Relationship Management skills
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
