Reward and Benefits Manager

As an organisation, we are scaling up rapidly and therefore are looking for a brand new role as Reward and Benefits Manager, to lead our approach to pay, reward and benefits. Reporting to our Executive Director, People & Operations, you will be responsible for providing high quality reward and benefits support in a global context. This is a key post for us, acting as our inhouse specialist on developing and implementing our reward and benefits strategy, policy, system and analytics, ensuring we are attracting and retaining talent.
Our People Team is innovative, focused and fast paced. We work closely with all parts of the Institute to create a talented, engaged and high performing workforce, and we are now looking to have a Reward and Benefits Manager join the People Team to help support and deliver our reward strategy across the Institute.
With your significant Reward experience and using both internal and external insight, ,you will recommend and provide competitive, future proofed reward solutions that ensure we are delivering an inclusive and competitive offering in the market that meets the needs of our diverse population. Working closely with our Finance team, you will help shape and frame our benefits offering globally, whilst liaising closely with our Recruitment team, to ensure that we are attracting and recruiting the right talent to fit with our mission and values.
