Director of HR
Kings IFM are a successful and growing organisation, providing fully managed services including procurement, equipment and the supply chain for diagnostic and treatment facilities. Located across sites in London including Kings College Hospital, Princess Royal University Hospital and Orpington Hospital, we operate as a Limited Liability Partnership with a turnover of £70 million and workforce of circa 150 staff.
We are actively seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources to drive both strategic direction and operational excellence. Reporting to the Managing Director and a valued member of the senior team, you will lead an experienced team to deliver high quality services that make a measured contribution to the business success and long-term sustainability of King’s IFM.
You will be a self-assured senior leader with an impressive breadth of HR experience who can inspire and motivate others. With the ability to engage staff and stakeholders, you will be expert at building and developing lasting successful collaborative relationships. Possessing expertise in organisational development and transformational change, you will have a proven ability of leading workforce change projects to time and budget. With a natural capability of taking a “hands on approach” you will be responsible for the delivery of a modern and progressive HR service that maximises efficiency and excels in customer service. We also require energy and commitment to help foster a performance orientated culture and continue to drive innovation.
