My client, a well-known charity based in a fantastic London location is seeking a Reward Advisor on a permanent basis.
I am seeking candidates with the ability to:
•Deliver the job evaluation process
•Conduct internal and external salary benchmarking
•Carry out reward benchmarking processes
•Support the embedding of new job evaluation processes
•Ensure insight from internal sources such as exit interviews are collated to inform reward and recognition activity
•Address employee queries in relation to the employee reward offers
