The Role

The HR Manager role reports into the Head of HR Shared Services. In this position you will provide exemplary service across the employee life cycle and advisory service for University customers who require HR advice and policy guidance. It will provide a range of opportunities both strategic and operational for you to demonstrate HR best practice.

The Person

You will have an excellent knowledge of employment law and good practice. This will be coupled with experience in resolving complex HR matters within a Shared Services Centre of a complex organisation. You will be experienced with HR performance reporting and data analytics to drive standards of the HR team. You will be adaptable and driven, able to react to the changing demands of the role and amend your tactics accordingly. Above all, you will champion standards in all that you do and strive to continuously improve your performance and that of the HR team.
