A prestigious Membership Body is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will play a key role in driving corporate projects through to completion, on time and to budget.

You will work on a variety of business and technology change projects, helping to promote project management best practice across the organisation.


  • To align project objectives with company goals and the stated business case, ensuring the project team is clear on those objectives by the creation of the appropriate documentation
  • To monitor and manage project scope against the Business case, ensuring continued business justification
  • To create and manage project plans
  • To Monitor progress against the plan and overall business objectives, associated project documentation and where appropriate budget
  • To assist project teams with the design and development tasks
  • To manage risk and issue identification, including the logging, tracking and resolution of project issues and risks, and where required, escalate to stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • To report on project progress to relevant internal stakeholder groups
  • Follow project management standards and sharing of best practice


  • Prince 2 Foundation certification (or similar methodology)
  • Two or more years project management experience in I.T.
  • Knowledge of related project management software tools
  • Knowledge of related project management software tools
  • Detail-oriented and thrives in collaborative, yet demanding, environment
  • Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
  • Good active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Experience with medium scale organisational change efforts

This is a permanent position, with a salary of £40,000-£45,000.
