I am currently working with a government organisation based in central London to recruit an HR Advisor on an ongoing interim basis.
This role will support the HR operations team, delivering a high quality and customer focused HR service across the organisation.
The main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- Designing and delivering expert services and processes for joiners; secondments and loans; maternity/paternity/parental leave; shared parental leave; flexible working requests and other contractual services
- Managing and maintaining contract lifecycle casework lists and ensuring quality and timeliness of service
- Supporting policy development and the correct and effective implementation of policies, including developing tools and processes
- Managing an HR Officer
- Ensuring the HR system and the employee self-service system are both updated and accurate
