My client, an established and successful University in Devon, is looking to recruit a part time Treasury Manager on a 3 day a week basis
This role is within the Financial Planning and Reporting team whose role is to provide quality financial information, analysis, insight and advice to customers.
As the Treasury Manager you will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible for providing a number of activities including:
- management information,
- financial and strategic planning and forecasting,
- scenario modelling and options appraisal,
- risk management, stewardship and monitoring of budgets
- value generation.
Prior experience of working in a Treasury function or comparable, in a large finance team would be beneficial as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a proactive, pragmatic, positive approach to problem- solving, suggesting workable solutions and alternatives
Enthusiasm and adaptability regarding the working environment and willingness to learn and develop is also a given.
