Morgan Law are proud to be partnering with The Children’s Society to recruit an ambitious candidate to be responsible for the management, performance and continued development of their business systems function. You will lead a team of 10 staff and contribute to the overall Technology strategy, working closing with the Director of Technology & Data. The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. They run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help and campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children’s lives happier and safer. They are there for children, every step of the way.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Systems Manager perhaps looking for your next step up or an existing Head of Development or Business Systems looking to be more involved in strategy and able to affect the direction of this charity. You should have experience of managing Development teams and budgetary responsibility.

On a technical basis you should have;

  • A good understanding of systems & information architecture
  • Agile project management experience
  • A good understanding of Service & Supplier management
  • Experience of managing a variety of corporate systems and SaaS suppliers
  • A good understanding of ITIL management processes
