Project Manager (Construction)
One of Morgan Law’s Central Government clients requires a Project Manager to lead on a variety of refurbishment projects across the estate.
Duties include:
• Work with the main contractor to oversee the design, cost and schedule of the construction projects
• Report on project progress and any associated design & site issues
• Act as the main representative in delivering each complex construction project
• Work closely with Logistics Services to ensure accommodation and building service standards across the estate
• Ensure that projects comply with all statutory requirements and internal procedures
• Produce business cases for approval for all project scope changes
Person Specification:
• Relevant qualification such as full RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or similar
• Track record working on major construction projects
• Experience of working on multi-million-pound services contracts using NEC3
