I am working with a growing organization in the heart of Bristol who now Looking for a Service Centre Manager to join their dynamic team.

The service center manager is responsible for managing and advancing the first-level service and support of end-user service requests and computing issues. The position requires strong managerial skills, and a deep commitment to end-user satisfaction and experience in driving process improvement.

We require an experienced professional who can investigate current process and suggest drive forward improvements to these current processes. From ITIL process’s, ticket management, problem management you will make an impact on these areas and improve the environment as a result. This role offers a great opportunity to recommend and introduce real change.

In order to achieve this, you must have strong people skills and be able to communicate and develop ;lasting relationships within and outside the organisation. You will be deputising for the Service Director so must have past experience of successfully managing a team.
