My Public Sector Client based in surrey is looking for a Knowledgeable and ambitious Employee Relations Advisor to join there tean to support the ER Manager in delivering in delivering a fully comprehensive, high quality and timely Employee Relations (ER) support service
Your central purpose in this role will be to provide a high quality, prompt and visible employee relations service to the broader organisation that is both proactive and responsive to the requirements of managers and staff.
support the Employee Relations Manager in ensuring comprehensive management of employee relations cases, for both medical and non-medical staff, providing a professional service that meets all legislative and policy requirements.
Attend regular meetings with the organisation to analyse and evaluate the ER service.
You will be highly experienced in working within a complex ER management environment, possessing a firm and certain understanding of NHS agenda.
A natural born leader, you will have the ability to motivate, encourage and professionally develop team members displaying the organisations values at all times.
