Senior ER Advisor
I am currently working with an NHS Trust to recruit a Senior ER Advisor on an interim basis.
In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on a range on ER cases in line with policies and procedures.
The main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- Provide a proactive and supportive advisory service to line managers and staff, regarding all HR related issues including Agenda for Change and Medical and Dental terms and conditions and Trust policies and procedures
- Provide high quality advice and guidance directly to managers to facilitate the early resolution of difficult, complex or sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively manage
- Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships between managers and staff representatives at all levels throughout the Trust and actively encourage engagement with staff and their representative
- Provide assistance and support to line managers in the management of change issues and contribute as necessary to formal consultation exercises as part of the organisation initiative
