Assistant Trust Secretary
A leading Teaching Hospital in London are seeking an Interim Assistant Trust Secretary for a 3 month role that may extend. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, the ideal candidate will have a background in corporate governance and would have experience in supporting Boards and Committees, with first rate drafting and organisational skills and an ability to work positively and collaboratively with senior colleagues at Board level. Further duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Oversee the practical organisation of all meetings of the Trust Board, Quality and Safety Committee and Audit Committee
• Lead the servicing and administration of Board – public & private, workshops, seminars and development sessions
• Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to ensure that the Quality and Safety Committee and Audit Committee operate efficiently and effectively.
